Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Wordable 1.x. For version 2.0 and later, see the current Privacy Policy.

This policy explains how Wordable ("the app") handles personal data. The data controller is AppFusion Labs, the developer of Wordable (info@appfusion.us).

Summary: the single-player levels are fully offline and send no data. Only when you join a room in the online Conquest Arena (Fetih Arenası) are your chosen nickname, avatar colour, a random player ID generated by the app and your match results sent to our server, which runs on Cloudflare. The app contains no analytics, no advertising networks and no tracking technology; your data is never sold or used for advertising.

1. Data we collect

Wordable requires no account. We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA). Nothing is sent to us while you play the single-player levels. Only if you use the Conquest Arena is the Arena data listed in section 3 processed.

2. Data stored on your device

So your game can continue where you left off, the following is stored on your device (in "UserDefaults" on iOS, "DataStore" on Android):

Of these, only your nickname, avatar colour and Arena player ID are sent to the server, and only when you join an Arena room (see section 3). Everything else stays on your device and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes all of it from your device, and you can clear your level progress and counters at any time via Settings → Reset Progress inside the app. Resetting or deleting the app does not remove your Arena records on the server; see section 8 for that.

3. Online Conquest Arena

The Conquest Arena is the online multiplayer mode in the iOS app and needs an internet connection. The Android version has no Arena and does not connect to the internet.

What is sent. When you join an Arena room, the following is sent to our server:

When the Arena screen opens, the app also downloads the Arena Leaders table; that request sends no game data.

Who can see it. Players in the same room see your nickname, avatar colour and in-match scores. Anyone who knows a room code can see the nicknames of the players in that room. Completed matches are added to the Arena Leaders table, where your nickname, number of matches, wins, gold won and territories captured are visible to all Arena players. For this reason we recommend not using your real name as your nickname.

Purpose. This data is used only to run multiplayer matches, record match results and build the Arena Leaders table. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics, and it is never sold.

How long it is kept.

4. Leaderboards

The star ranking on the topics screen is offline. The other names shown there are fictional characters bundled with the game, and no data is shared for it. The Arena Leaders table in the Arena, by contrast, is built from real players' match results (see section 3).

5. Service provider and third parties

The Arena server runs on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and the D1 database), acting as our data processor. Cloudflare operates servers in many countries, so your Arena data may be processed and stored outside Türkiye and outside your own country. Cloudflare's privacy practices: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Wordable contains no advertising network, no analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase), no crash reporting and no social SDKs. The single-player levels need no internet connection; the app makes network requests only for the Arena.

6. Children's privacy

Wordable is suitable for all ages. No data is collected in single-player mode. In the Arena only a nickname and game data are processed; we recommend that children do not use their real name as a nickname. Parents can ask for their child's Arena records to be deleted as described in section 8. There are no in-app purchases, adverts or outbound links.

7. Legal basis and your rights

We process Arena data because it is needed to provide the online game you choose to play: performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Because Cloudflare's servers may be located abroad, this involves an international transfer of data.

Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, to know which third parties it is shared with, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU, your local supervisory authority). Send requests to info@appfusion.us; we reply free of charge within 30 days.

8. Deleting your Arena data

To have your Arena records and your Arena Leaders entry deleted, email info@appfusion.us with the subject "Arena data deletion". So we can find your records, include the nickname you used in the Arena and, if possible, roughly when you played or the room codes. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. The data on your device is entirely under your control.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
